PRUChoice PinkShield provides complimentary coverage for two years to applicants who have completed a mammogram through Hong Kong Breast Cancer Foundation within two months prior to application, with results equivalent to BI-RADS 1 or BI-RADS 2.

Applicants must upload their mammogram result during the application process. Failure to submit the report, or submission of a report with results not equivalent to BI-RADS 1 or BI-RADS 2, the policy shall be void.

By proceeding the application, applicant agrees to the above and confirms that the person to be covered have completed a mammogram within 2 months prior to application, with results equivalent to BI-RADS 1 or BI-RADS 2.
